Nourish My Health | Inner ME Nutrition*

`
I don't know about anyone else, but my health takes a bit of a battering over the Winter months - my already dry skin looks reptilian, my hair doesn't grow anywhere near as fast and let's not even discuss how any times I sneeze (I'm estimating in at least the hundreds of thousands, ugh). So, I teamed up with Inner ME Nutrition earlier on this season to give their products a whirl and see if I noticed a difference.

Often when taking supplements I notice a difference when I stop taking them, rather than when I start. Take sea kelp for example - when I stop I always seem to pile on a couple of pounds, but when I start I don't notice the weight maintenance too much. I've got a whole post dedicated to what I think of my daily supplements here, but for now I'd like to share my glee that for the first time ever I actually took supplements and noticed a difference - say whaaaat? I cut my hair short at the beginning of May and it's safe to say I've looked back more than once, so I was delighted to actually notice a change in both the condition and length of it whilst taking the Inner ME Pro hair tablets*. Finally my hair made a decent effort to grow back and became glossy and shiny in the meantime. I seriously feel like I've just stepped off of a L'oreal ad.

Similarly, I noticed a change in my skin and nails whilst taking the Pro beauty tablets*. My nails are endlessly brittle and chip if they're more than a millimetre long it seems, so I was overjoyed at the lack of chipping, breaking and general death I've encountered recently with them!

What are your miracle supplements?

  1. I don't take any supplements at all, however some for nail growth would be good for me as I have crappy nails that need all the help they can get.

    1. Mine's awful too - I don't eat diary and I think the lack of calcium really effects them!

  2. I'd like to take something for my nails though, they are always breaking, no matter how long they are. even more painful when they are already short :(

  3. Your hair is so lovely. I never taken a supplement at all but anything that makes hair grow beautiful is something I would have to try. My nails are so horrible & brittle so this is something I def should be looking into! Great post!
